Does Masdun deal with wholesalers and retails?
Yes we do, if you would like to purchase for wholesale or retail, please reach out to our team on hello@masdun.co.za and we will get back to you.
Do I need to order big quantities?
No, with Masdun there are no minimum order quantities. If you would like to purchase a single frame, then you are able to.
Do Masdun frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our products come with a warranty that we honour. Our traditional frames comes with a lifetime warranty, while our EverView digital frames come with a year warranty.
Where can I view a Masdun frame?
Masdun frames can be found in nearly every photo frame retailer in South Africa. We work closely with PNA, Kodak, ORMS, and various other retailers to have Masdun frames available to everyone.

Can I return my frame?
Yes, you are welcome to return your frame within 14-days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our team on hello@masdun.co.za if you would like to action a return.
