Masdun – Payment Terms & Conditions 2025
Date: Starting from 01/03/2025
The Goal is to encourage stores to place orders on our Shopify store https://masdun.co.za/ to get the discount.
1. Payment Terms
• All invoices are payable within 30 days from date of statement (for account holders)
• A 2% settlement discount applies to all 30-day account customers. (not COD)
• An additional 8% discount is available for stores that place orders via Shopify and manage their account without a sales representative. (this will show on your invoice)
• The above discounts will incentivise your store to benefit a combined total discount of 10%
• If you don’t have a 30 day account, Please feel free to contact us and apply.
2. Delivery & Discount Policy
• Free delivery applies to orders over R1,000.
• No additional discounts will be provided beyond the above-stated terms.
3. Late Payment Interest & Fees
• Overdue invoices will incur 2% interest per month (compounded monthly) from the due date.
• A ZAR 500 administrative fee will be charged for late payments. Payments are expected to reflect before month end but a 7 day grace will be given to avoid a R500 penalty fee on late payments
• The 8% discount offer will also be forfeited and added back onto your account if late
4. Account Suspension
• Accounts overdue by more than 7 days will be suspended, and further orders will be placed on hold until full payment is received.
5. Legal & Collection Costs
• The customer is responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees and debt recovery charges, if payments remain outstanding.
6. Credit Limit Adjustments
• Repeated late payments may result in credit limit reduction or cancellation of CL.
By placing an order on Shopify, the customer agrees to these terms.
